Booking Terms & Conditions

Paying and Reserving: To reserve and confirm your selected packages in your desired date, non-refundable 25% of the total trip amount should be paid to us first.

Booking Confirmation: After we received your payment, you will get a confirmation email from us. And in the next level, we will process to book the accommodation, hold guide, transportation and flight tickets on your said date.

Paying Due Amount: The remaining balance must be clear to us upon your arrival in Kathmandu and before starting the trip in cash USD or any currency that is accepted in Nepal. We also accept Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, STC and more. Paying via the card is subject to bank charge of extra 3.5% of the paying amount.

Incomplete Payment Condition: Yatri Nepal Adventures holds the privilege to pause, postpone or cancel the trip in case the clients don't pay the 100% trip amount and onward we will not be responsible for any inconvenience occurred due to this event.

Required Documents for Booking:
We required a scanned copy or photocopy of the traveler passport that clarifies the personal name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and expiry date. Also enclosed a scanned copy of your passport size picture. We guarantee you that these documents will be kept private and secure with us and will be utilized for gathering permits and entry fees for your journey within the country. After completing the trip the document will be disposed of properly.

Not Included in the Tour Package Price:
Our offered packages cost doesn't includes the international airfares, Nepal Visa, Lunches and Dinners, Mineral Water, Whisky, Beer, Cold Drinks and others that comes from Bar Bills, Entrance Fees during sightseeing, Gratitude to the guide, medical expenses, travel insurance, emergency evacuation or helicopter rescue, single supplementary, telephone calls, laundry, additional hotel accommodation, additional transportation charges in case of flight cancellation or added sightseeing spots and rest of all that are not included in your selected tour package cost inclusive list. All these extra expenses are bearable by the customer themselves.

Cancellation Charge:
Booking your trips begins with a couple of pre-arrangement like accommodation reservation, holding vehicle and guide, issuing domestic flight tickets, collecting permits, making telephone calls for which we have to depute our employee which associate with some labor and transportation charges.

All of the required government paper works and park permits will be pre-collected so that you can visit your desire places without any trouble. In addition to the expenses like park permit and special permits are non-refundable. So, canceling a trip means losing this pre-expended amount and some cancelation penalties that are charged by the airlines and others as well.  Therefore, returning a full amount after a trip booking is little impossible.

The cancellation information must be submitted to Yatri Nepal Adventures via email or telephone calls. Our board members have decided to charge some amount in case of trip cancellation. These are as follows:

  • More than 60 days means loss of the deposited amount.
  • Between 60 to 40 days means loss of loss of 40% of total booking amount.
  • Between 40 and 30 days means loss of 60% of total booking cost.
  • Between 30 and 15 days means loss of 80% of total booking cost.
  • 15 days or less means loss of 100% of total booking cost.

[Note: If you decide to drop the trip for any reason once it has begun or if the trip becomes finished before the package duration then, our company will not be liable to refund the paid amount.]
